The World AIDS Day Benefit Concerts were created to help raise funds for and awareness about children whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS. Over 8 years this PeaceArt project has made a difference in the lives of hundreds of orphaned children from numerous countries including: China, Romania, Kenya, Brazil, Thailand, and India to name a few. More than the support to children these annual events have played a critical role in bringing people together, building alliances and friendships and guiding hearts and minds to be more accepting and compassionate.
In the spirit of community this year’s concert is to benefit local children affected by HIV/AIDS living in the Rochester, NY area and the Finger Lakes Region. No matter where you live these are our children and their needs and their hopes touch all of us. Please contribute and join us on December 1st wherever you are, even if you cannot donate $$, join in the spirit of love and peace.
It doesn't require much. If everyone reading this would contribute merely $10 we could make an enormous difference in many many lives, including our own. The act of giving blesses all..
